The Don Gastronom manzanilla and gordal olives are grown in the Andalusian region of Spain. The manzanilla is the quintessential Spanish green table olive. It has a firm, crisp flesh with a fruity, slightly bitter flavour. Available either whole or pitted. The gordal olive – often called the Queen of Table Olives – has a rich, butter and dense flesh, can be used as a standout tapa, or in cheeseboards or pitted for stuffing.
