They are GMO-free and have no preservatives, additives and thickening agents. A choice of raw products with pure taste that allow you to add the desired amount of sugar, or sweetened purées with a constant and accurate (+/- 1°) Brix, ready to use and with a long preservation period after unfreezing (between 10 and 15 days).
