This oil is obtained by infusing olive oil with real black truffle. The process allows to obtain olive oil with a subtle and natural fragrance of black truffle (less fragrant than the white truffle equivalent), preserving in time its aromas and unique fragrance. Use truffle oil to make truffle vinaigrettes, add to a mushroom risotto, eggs, vegetables, or fish and meats.
