Bomba Rice in Fabric Bag

Arroz (Rice) Bomba, is a small grain rice which does not open while cooking like other rices. As result, it grows up to 3 times its raw size while cooking, and the grains stay whole and do not stick. This particularity makes it absorb the flavours of the broth it is cooked in, an ideal rice for soups, and risottos. The Bomba Rice is uniformly white in color, with a soft and refreshing smell.
