The Maison Burgaud small family run business created in Challand at the end of the 1940s, by the father in law of the current manager. The famous Challans ducks from Maison Burgaud in Vendée brought fame to the Tour d’Argent restaurant in Paris where plump “ducks in blood” have been served since the mid 19th century. This is the same duck that we propose here in Singapore, whole or breast.
