Its refined flavor is the result of the extraordinary work our artisans do, polishing each piece to achieve the desired characteristics, after spending two to three years of natural aging in the cellar.Being 50% Iberian, the animal comes from a 100% Iberian mother and a 100% Duroc father. The animals are raised freely in open fields , where they feed on cereals and take advantage of other resources from the pasture, such as grasses and roots. As with the rest of Torreon Iberian products, the Cebo de Campo ham is cured in the ideal climate of Salamanca, with its ideal temperature and dry air, giving it exceptional ripening qualities.

Ingredients: Acorn Fed Iberian Pork Cured Ham , Salt
Serving: open the package at least 10 minutes before serving, and use a knife to cut thin slices of appx 3 to 4 cm. Ideal for an aperitif served with sliced toasted bread (rubbed with tomatoes and olive oil), and accompanied with red wine. The taste is spread all over the ham, but specially in the fat, so make sure you do not discard it.
